A point of interest is the UMN is partnering with Transition Plus to study the transition process. They are hoping to interview caregivers, students, and staff of students at Transition Plus to gain more information about what is working and what still needs improvement. Please consider participating in their study. The focus group will meet for about an hour at Transition Plus or on Zoom and participants will receive a $25 gift card.
