June Newsletter

Hello Transition Plus Families!

As we share the final newsletter of the year, we want to thank you for all the support you have shown as we've worked together to open up opportunities for our students and pave avenues of opportunities for students with differing abilities of the future. This has been a fantastic year in which many students earned the first paycheck of their lives by trying various work and training environments. Students showed their minds' inner workings and expressed how they see the world through art and music and made friend connections in the process.  Work at Tplus is so rewarding as we watch students flourish into adults who initiate conversations, seek out opportunities, and express confidence as they discover and hone their strengths.  It definitely takes a village!

We are so proud of our graduates who worked hard to get where they are now. We wish the best for them as they move on to other endeavors.  We also hope all of our students have wonderful summers full of exploration and learning and we look forward to hearing all about it in September.
